Welcome to Half-Fast Cycling Tokyo - originally Don's Half-Fast Flash-Mob Weekend Urban Bicycle Rides.
We are an international group of cyclists, riding mostly in and around Tokyo, linking rivers, parks and bike paths to maximize greenery and minimize contact with taxi doors. Membership is free and new members are always welcome. We like to look upon ourselves as a sociable group of regulars at a bar, except the bar's always in a different location and the regulars are more fit than most, as they have had to cycle 40km or so to get there. Please feel free to look around the site, and then join up!

●Half-Fast Monthly Meetings
Half-Fast cyclists of all treads meet every second Wednesday at the Pink Cow in Roppongi for slide shows, lectures, ride-planning, etc.
Location: The Pink Cow restaurant in Roppongi, Tokyo
Date: The second Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise announced. (Join our mailing list to receive announcements.)
Time: From around 7.00 p.m.
Who: You. Me. Everyone. Anyone.
What: Essentially a fun get-together. Talk about bikes. Talk about rides. Plan new rides. Slideshows and movies of past rides. Excellent food and drinks. Regular awards for outstanding ride-leading or extreme stupidity.
We are constantly seeking presenters and presentations for these meetings. If you have something to share - or just an idea about something to share - please get in touch.
