This is an all comedy show in English.
The Standup Comedy Night at the Hobgoblin in Shibuya is an all standup show held on the third Thursday of every month. We feature standup comedians with a variety of styles, performing in English so you can unwind and relax after work.
Each show starts off with a few "open mike" comedians, who have 3 minutes each to try out new stuff and see if they can get an audience to laugh. Then the show features our regularly performing comedians performing 15 minutes or so each, delivering the comedy that Tokyo audiences keep coming back for.
Shows are usually just a little over an hour long, with a break in the middle, so you have plenty of time to hang out and have a couple of drinks along with having a laugh.
No reservations necessary! Just come on down and enjoy the show!
They also have a full food menu with lots of options, so you can have something decent to eat while you enjoy the show.
