The SPEAK EASY bar and director Guillaume Tauveron will be awaiting you on Saturday, August 06th for their monthly ARTIST NIGHT. The principle is simple, come to meet and chat with actors, directors, dancers, makeup artists, producers, models, painters, etc.
Guillaume Tauveron who shot over half of his first feature film in Otsuka and a bar scene at the SPEAK EASY has wanted to make this lounge a meeting place for artists. The event is free, its only purpose being to have you spend a pleasant moment while giving you a new insight into the art world.

This month there will be a PHOTO EXHIBITION by AYUMI MIYANO, and she will also take pictures of the guest during the night, in a special Photo corner.

“When I take the photos walking on the street, my mind is not staying at the same place in almost every second. In that moment, for example, I am remembering my failure in the past, planning something obscure in the future or imagining the ideal life. This continuous thinking comes from somewhere. However my eyes never stop finding beautiful moment which is going to be a photograph and the noisy monologue is vanishing into the air with a shutter. Using snaps and notes, I keep trying to share my exploration in photography and life with you.”
